An FCNet Account will be created for each faculty or staff member who fills out a Network Account Request Form approved by the Division or Department. You may get this form from your Division office or online at the FCNet Support Services page. You will need to allow three working days for your account to be created.
At the same time your FC Net Account is established, storage space on the S-drive (student server) is created as well. With this account you can store files in the S-drive for use in the classroom since you will not have access to the H-drive on the Demo Station computer. An advantage of using the S-drive is that the files saved there remain for future use on any demo station on campus and from semester to semester. Even though this account resides on the student server, it is just as secure as the H-drive.
